Clearinghouse Priorities for Microbial Risk Assessment Data

The Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) hosted an open meeting on September 1, 1999, at the APHIS Conference Center, 4700 River Road, Riverdale, MD to present information on on-going risk assessments and models for accessing and collecting data.  The meeting was attended by 120 participants.

Agenda

The focus of the meeting was to improve our understanding of the data needs for the successful conduct of microbial risk assessments. This information was to be utilized in the further development of the Risk Assessment Clearinghouse as it moved into the implementation phase.
