	Food and Drug Administration/Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference	National Shellfish Sanitation Program Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish Document relating FDA's thinking on the safe and sanitary control of the growing, processing, and shipping of molluscan shellfish.
