There are two data modules: the Hamburger and Egg Consumption Diary, which includes data on hamburger doneness and cooking methods, and the Hamburger Preparation Quiz, which includes data on consumer perception of the risk of foodborne illness, including hamburger doneness preferences and sensory characteristics of hamburgers.
